ABOUT US

Connecticut Cottages, LLC was created to be a new and unique property manager. Unlike other property management companies, Connecticut Cottages strives to serve both the property owners and its tenants with a focus on creating a pleasant living and working environment for all concerned parties.
Connecticut Cottages was founded in 2000, and with it's creation, brought a
management team together that has many years of experience in the marketing,
management, and ownership side of various properties throughout the east. Our "hands on" and "always available" approach is evident in the success of all of the properties under our leadership. Our staff can be found most days at each property, whether to just "be around" to say hello or responding to a tenant request or question.

Connecticut Cottages has both a full time and part time staff that ensures that each property is well looked out for and operated in a very smooth manner. Connecticut Cottages employees renovate all of our apartments, answer all maintenance requests, and meet with all prospective tenants. It is in this structure that not only is the owner being served well, but the tenant will always recognize the person who is coming by their apartment to tend to a repair or question. This further ensures the tenants that a familiar face is around!
